What is the typical lead time for handcrafted lighting?

Since each piece is meticulously handcrafted to order in our studio, our standard lead time is typically 2 to 4 weeks before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer custom finishes or colors?

Yes, we pride ourselves on customization. Many of our fixtures can be powder-coated in custom colors or finished in various brass and nickel patinas. Please contact our design team for custom requests.

Are your lighting fixtures UL listed?

Safety is our priority. Most of our lighting components are UL listed. If you require a specific UL certification label for commercial inspections, please reach out to us prior to ordering.

What is your return policy for home decor items?

We accept returns on standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made or modified fixtures are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact us for a custom shipping quote and to ensure electrical compatibility with your country's voltage.

Can I use LED bulbs with Sazerac Stitches fixtures?

Absolutely. Our fixtures are compatible with most standard base LED bulbs. We recommend using dimmable LEDs to best showcase the warmth and ambiance of our designs.
