Returns & Exchanges

At Sazerac Stitches, we want you to love your lighting; however, because many of our fixtures are made to order, we accept returns on select items within 14 days of delivery subject to a restocking fee. Please ensure all items are in their original, uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage the fixture in its original box with all mounting hardware and instructions to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our New Orleans studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned fixture for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
